Corporate Governance and Strategic Financing Training (Virtual and Onsite)

Financial strategy refers to the process through which businesses and companies raise and administer money internally. Each of these facets is related to corporate governance, and acknowledging corporate finance requires an understanding of corporate governance and strategic finance.
Through a hypothetical “ownership lifecycle” that could start with a sole proprietorship and progress through partnerships, different types of limited ownership of companies, and finally, a fully public company, this training lays out a framework for how corporate governance requirements evolve over the years.
The phases consider agency issues, independent oversight, reporting, and managerial compensation, specifically tying that recompense to a company’s capital expenditures and share price and noting the issues with conventional performance measures. It is acknowledged that most businesses won’t go through this entire journey.
The individual cost for the onsite training workshop is USD 850 for individual participants and USD 650 for groups above 10 participants, exclusive of 16% VAT. Participants attending the training onsite will be responsible for travel expenses and arrangements, such as airport transfers (and visa application, where necessary), food and accommodation, health/accident insurance, and other personal expenses. The Virtual Cost of the training is USD 700 for individual participants and USD 600 for groups above 10 participants, exclusive of 16% VAT. This covers the training fee, resource materials, and conference package.
